Customer and partner portals
Self-service accounts where customers or dealers log in to place orders, download invoices, raise tickets or track jobs, with role-based access for your staff.
Portals · Booking systems · Dashboards · SaaS
Webomedia Technology designs and builds custom web applications — customer and partner portals, booking and dispatch systems, admin dashboards and SaaS products — for businesses in India, the UK, the US, Canada and the Gulf. Every project starts with a written specification of user roles, data, permissions and acceptance tests. Our published rate card starts at ₹99,999 in India or US$3,499 overseas.
Start with a scope, not a guess
Most web applications replace a spreadsheet, an email chain or an off-the-shelf tool the business has outgrown. Describe who will use it, what they need to do and which systems it must connect to. We come back with questions or a written proposal.
India quotes in INR; overseas quotes and invoices in USD. Response target: one business day.
Share the outcome you need, rough budget and timeline. We reply with questions or a written proposal.
Each of these starts from your process, not a template. Where we already run a product in production, we say so and link to it.

Real-time bookings with availability rules, payments and notifications. Our taxi platform runs passenger, driver and dispatch apps for a live operator in the UK.
Replace spreadsheets with one dashboard for approvals, stock, field teams and reports, with exports and an audit trail of who changed what.
Multi-tenant products with sign-up, subscription billing, plans and an admin console, scoped as a lean first release you can put in front of paying users.
Flight, hotel and package booking portals with agent panels, or B2B ordering with quotation requests, price lists and bulk orders.
Payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal, CRMs, the WhatsApp Business API, maps, accounting and email services, connected through documented APIs.
Pick the model that matches how settled your requirements are. You can move from one to another as the product grows.
We recommend the stack once we know your users, data and integrations, and we document why.
Selected client work
Alongside the UK taxi platform, these client builds show the catalogue, bilingual and lead-routing logic that web applications depend on.

A 30 to 45 minute call about users, workflow, integrations, budget and deadline. You leave with a list of open questions, not a sales pitch.
Roles, screens, data, integrations, exclusions and acceptance tests in one document, with a fixed quote or a team estimate.
Key screens as a clickable prototype. Changes are cheapest here, so we iterate until you sign off.
Two-week sprints with a staging demo at the end of each, tracked on a shared board so progress is never a surprise.
Your team tests against the acceptance criteria, then we deploy to production with backups and monitoring in place.
Code, credentials and documentation are handed over. Ongoing changes and support are covered by a separate plan if you want one.
These are the same starting figures our website cost calculator uses. Your quote follows the approved specification.

On our published rate card a custom web application (portal, SaaS product or marketplace) starts at ₹99,999 in India or US$3,499 overseas. Modules such as user accounts, payments, bookings and API integrations are priced individually, and a fully custom interface adds about 60% to the base build. You receive a fixed quote once the specification is agreed.
A focused first release usually takes two to four months. Platforms with several user roles, payments and third-party integrations can take six months or more. The dated milestone plan is part of the specification, so you know the schedule before development starts.
Ownership and source-code handover are agreed in writing in the proposal before work starts. At launch we hand over the code, database and deployment notes for the agreed scope. Third-party products and licences keep their own terms.
Yes. We sign an NDA before kickoff on request, and we do not show client work in our portfolio without written permission.
Yes, after a code and hosting review. We report what is safe to keep, what needs fixing and what it will cost, then quote either a stabilisation plan or a rebuild of the weakest parts.
Our team works from Delhi on India Standard Time. UK clients overlap with most of our working day; US clients usually meet us at the start of their morning. You get a staging link to test progress at any time, and overseas quotes and invoices are in US dollars.
Post-launch support is scoped separately. Monitoring, backups, security updates and new features can be covered by a monthly plan or billed per change, whichever suits how often the application changes.
