Get a written scope

Start with a scope, not a guess

Describe the app you want to launch

Tell us who will use the app, the three or four things they must be able to do, and whether a website or system already exists. We reply with questions or a written scope with screens, features, timeline and price.

  • Screen list and user flows agreed before design starts
  • Clickable prototype for your sign-off
  • Test builds on your own phone at every milestone
  • Store submission, source code and admin handover at launch

India quotes in INR; overseas quotes and invoices in USD. We reply within 24 hours, seven days a week.

Apps we build

Most apps we are asked for fall into one of these groups. Each one is scoped from your workflow, not from a template.

Booking and on-demand apps

Taxi, delivery, service and appointment apps with live tracking, fare or slot calculation, payments and a dispatch panel. Our taxi platform is live in the UK as UGoo.

Ecommerce and catalogue apps

Shopping apps connected to your store or ERP, with search, cart, payments, order tracking and push notifications for offers.

Customer and member portals

Account apps where customers or members log in to book, pay, download documents or raise requests, sharing data with your website.

Field and staff apps

Apps for sales teams, technicians and delivery staff: job lists, photo and signature capture, GPS check-in and offline mode for weak networks.

Education and content apps

Course, test-series and subscription apps with video lessons, quizzes, progress tracking and in-app or gateway payments.

Admin panel and API

Every app includes the web admin and backend it depends on: user management, content, orders and reports, with an API documented for future work.

Choosing the technology

We pick the stack after the discovery call and write down why, so another team could maintain it later.

  • Cross-platform: Flutter or React Native for one codebase across iOS and Android
  • Native: Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android when hardware access or platform features demand it
  • Backend and admin: Laravel (PHP) or Node.js with MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Maps, payments and messaging: Google Maps, Razorpay, Stripe, Firebase notifications, SMS and WhatsApp providers

What you receive at launch

  • Apps live on Google Play and the App Store under your own developer accounts
  • Web admin panel with staff roles
  • Source code for the apps and the backend, plus deployment notes
  • Support period from the package: one, three or six months
  • A list of known limitations and suggested next features, in writing

How an app project runs

  1. Discovery call

Users, core actions, existing systems, budget and launch date. You leave with clear next questions, not a sales pitch.

  2. Written scope

Screens, features, integrations, exclusions and acceptance tests in one document, with a fixed price or a team estimate.

  3. Design and prototype

Key screens as a clickable prototype you can try on your phone. Changes are cheapest here.

  4. Build in sprints

Two-week sprints. At the end of each one you install a test build and review it with us.

  5. Testing and store submission

Testing on real Android and iPhone devices, then store listings, screenshots and review submission.

  6. Launch and support

Production release, monitoring of the first weeks of real use and fixes within the support period of your package.

Mobile app development questions

How much does it cost to build a mobile app in India?

Our published packages start at ₹39,999 for a single-platform app with 5 to 8 screens, ₹79,999 for a cross-platform iOS and Android app with login, payments and API integration, and ₹1,49,999 for an app plus web admin with real-time features. Overseas app projects are quoted in US dollars and start at US$2,999. The full breakdown is on our app cost guide.

How long does app development take?

A simple app usually takes two to three months, a professional cross-platform app three to four months, and an app with several user roles, live tracking or real-time chat six months or more. The dated milestone plan is part of the written scope.

Should I build a native app or a cross-platform app?

Cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter and React Native give you one codebase for iOS and Android, which lowers cost and keeps both apps in step. Native Swift and Kotlin make sense when the app depends heavily on device hardware or platform-specific features. We recommend one after the discovery call and explain why in writing.

Do you publish the app on Google Play and the App Store?

Yes. We prepare the store listings and handle submission and review for Google Play and the Apple App Store. The apps are published under your own developer accounts, so they stay in your name. Store fees are paid to Apple and Google directly.

Who owns the source code?

Ownership and source-code handover are agreed in writing in the proposal. At launch you receive the app source, the backend code and deployment notes for the agreed scope.

Can you build an app for my existing website or software?

Yes. If your website or system already has an API we connect the app to it. If it does not, we build the API alongside the app so the website, admin panel and app share one database.

Do you work with app clients outside India?

Yes. Our live taxi booking app UGoo serves passengers in Kent, UK. Overseas clients work with us by video call on scheduled review dates, test builds on their own phones and receive quotes and invoices in US dollars.
