Start with a scope, not a guess
Share who will use the app, the features it must have on day one and any system it must connect to. We reply with a screen list, a timeline and a fixed price, or with the questions we need answered first.
India quotes in INR; overseas quotes and invoices in USD. We reply within 24 hours, seven days a week.
Share the outcome you need, rough budget and timeline. We reply with questions or a written proposal.
Six things move an app price more than anything else. Knowing them helps you compare quotes fairly and decide what to keep for version two.
Our Basic package covers 5-8 screens and the Advanced package 15-20. Every extra screen adds design, development and testing time.
One platform is the cheapest start. Cross-platform builds cover iOS and Android from one codebase; separate native apps cost the most.
A shop app has one kind of user. A taxi or service app has customers, drivers or staff, and admins, each with their own screens and rules.
Live location, chat and instant status updates need extra backend work, testing on real networks and ongoing server costs.
Payment gateways, maps, SMS and WhatsApp providers, ERPs or an existing website API each add integration and testing work.
Most business apps need a web admin to manage users, orders and content. Reports, exports and staff permissions add to the scope.
Write down every type of user, such as customer, driver, staff and admin, and what each one must do.
Separate day-one features from nice-to-haves. This is the biggest lever on price.
Payment gateway, maps, SMS, ERP or an existing website: name each system the app must talk to.
Apps you like, and what you like about them, make the design scope concrete.
A realistic budget band lets us suggest the right package instead of guessing.
Compare agencies only on written feature lists with exclusions and milestones, not on a single number.
Each row maps a common kind of app to the package it usually needs. Your quote depends on the final screen list.

With Webomedia Technology a single-platform business app starts at ₹39,999, a cross-platform iOS and Android app with login, payments and API integration at ₹79,999, and an app with a web admin, multiple payment gateways and real-time chat at ₹1,49,999. Apps with live tracking, several user roles or marketplace logic cost more and are quoted from a written scope.
Because "an app" can mean five screens or fifty. Quotes differ mainly on the number of screens, the number of user roles, real-time features such as tracking or chat, the integrations involved and whether a web admin and backend are included. Compare quotes only after both agencies have priced the same written feature list.
A single-platform app is our lowest package, so starting with Android can make sense in India, where most users are on Android. If you expect iPhone users from day one, a cross-platform app usually costs less than building two native apps one after the other.
Our Advanced and Enterprise packages include the backend, the API and an admin dashboard. For the Basic package we confirm in the scope whether the app needs its own backend or can use an existing website or service.
Plan for Apple’s developer programme at US$99 a year, hosting, SMS or map usage charges and updates whenever Apple or Google release new operating system versions. Your package includes one, three or six months of support; after that we quote a monthly plan sized to how often the app changes.
Overseas app projects are quoted and invoiced in US dollars and start at US$2,999. The price covers scheduled review calls across time zones, written documentation and the same delivery process; the scope is fixed before work begins.
Yes. Payments are tied to approved milestones in the written scope, such as prototype sign-off, test builds and store submission, so you pay as the app progresses.
